Standard updates to the curriculum and platform within your subscribed program are included during your active subscription, unless your plan or agreement specifies otherwise. Any separately priced offering will be identified in the applicable offer or agreement.
Contact Smash before your subscription ends to discuss any report or record needs. Student accounts and associated learning data are deleted from active systems annually in August; earlier deletion can be requested through the school. Protected backups follow the regular retention schedule, and any agreed requirements are set out in your school’s agreement.
